Gandahara Agricultural and Educational Organization (GAEO) delivers humanitarian and development support across agriculture, education, advocacy, health, WASH and emergency response. We help poor farmers improve sustainable crop, livestock and poultry production through modern irrigation, best practices, value addition, safe pesticide use, climate adaptation, and rebuilding rural agriculture infrastructure. GAEO recently trained farmers in Nangarhar, Kunduz, Takhar and Balkh, established demonstration plots and nurseries, supported farmers with tools, and introduced laser land leveling. Since 2011, GAEO has expanded access to quality education by supporting schools, tuition centers and training programs, assisting needy children with admission, fees, uniforms and learning materials, and providing vocational skills, job placement and market linkages. We strengthen women and youth livelihoods, promote health training and awareness, expand safe water and hygiene services, and respond rapidly to crises to save lives and protect dignity.
